# The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2009, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 4th September 2009
Coming into force 28th September 2009
The Scottish Ministers make the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 and of all other powers enabling them to do so.
