  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules)\nThese Rules amend rule 20 of the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Rules 1996 (S.I. 1996/3261). That provision regulates the conduct of a children’s hearing when it considers a case on referral or the review of a supervision requirement. The amendment in these Rules is made as a consequence of the revocation of the Fostering of Children (Scotland) Regulations 1996 (S.I. 1996/3263) by the Looked After Children (Scotland) Regulations 2009 (S.S.I. 2009/210).",
