  "text": "(1) A requirement under section 69(3) of the Act shall be in the form of Form 20.\n(2) A notification by a Principal Reporter under section 60(3) of the Act shall be in the form of Form 21.\n(3) A notification by a Principal Reporter under section 60(5) of the Act shall be in the form of Form 22.\n(4) A report of a children’s hearing of advice under section 60(10) of the Act shall be in the form of Form 23.\n(5) A report of a children’s hearing order section 73(13) of the Act shall be in the form of Form 24.",
