# Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Rules 1996, Article 33: Notification of 16th birthday of child subject to supervision requirement


When a child subject to a supervision requirement attains the age of 16 years, the Principal Reporter shall as soon as reasonably practicable give notice of that fact to the chief constable of the police area.
