Laid before Parliament 31st December 1996
Coming into force 1st April 1997
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 42(1) of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:
