# The Children’s Homes Amendment Regulations 1994, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made to correct an error in S.I. 1993/3069 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Laid before Parliament 13th June 1994
Coming into force 14th July 1994
The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(1) and (2)(b) of Schedule 4, paragraph 7(1) and (2)(b) of Schedule 5 and paragraph 10(1) and (2)(b) and (c) of Schedule 6 to the Children Act 1989 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf hereby makes the following Regulations:
