Regulation 24 Application for registration of voluntary home
An application for registration under paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the Act (registration of voluntary homes) shall be—
(a)
made in writing to the Secretary of State; and
(b)
accompanied by the particulars specified in, or referred to in, Schedule 4.
