  "heading": "Cancellation of registration",
  "text": "An application under paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 6 to the Act (cancellation of registration) shall be made in writing and shall include—\n(a) particulars of the date on which the person carrying on the home wishes the cancellation of the registration of the home to take effect, being a date no earlier than one month after the date on which the application is made;\n(b) particulars of the action which he intends should be taken with regard to alternative accommodation for any child then accommodated in the home.",
