# Children’s Homes Regulations 1991, Paragraph 12


The name and address of any other home within the scope of Parts VI, VII or VIII of the Act, or Parts I or II of the Registered Homes Act 1984 in respect of which the applicant has or at any time had a financial interest, or in the case of a natural person at which he was employed, and details of the interest or employment.
