# The Children’s Homes Regulations 2001, Regulation 14: Provision of clothing, pocket money and personal necessities


(1) The registered person shall ensure that the needs and reasonable preferences of each child accommodated in the home for clothing including footwear, and personal necessities are met.
(2) The registered person shall provide children accommodated in the home with such sums of money in respect of their occasional personal expenses as is appropriate to their age and understanding.
