# The Children’s Homes Regulations 2001, Regulation 29: Other records


(1) The registered person shall maintain in the children’s home the records specified in Schedule 4 and ensure that they are kept up to date.
(2) The records referred to in paragraph (1) shall be retained for at least fifteen years from the date of the last entry, except for records of menus, which need be kept only for one year.
