# The Children’s Services Planning (Specified Date) (Scotland) Order 2016, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 8th September 2016
Coming into force 7th October 2016
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(2)(a) of the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
