  "text": "(1) The Education Act 2002 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 133 (requirement to be qualified), in subsection (6)—\n(a) omit “or” after paragraph (a);\n(b) after paragraph (b) insert\n“, or\n(c) Academies of a description specified by the Secretary of State in regulations under this section.”\n(3) In section 135A(4) (requirement to serve induction period: teachers in England), at the end of the definition of “relevant school” insert “or Academies of a description specified by the Secretary of State in regulations under this section.”",
