Article 9 Public footpath and bridleway level crossings

(1)

The crossings referred to in Part 1 of Schedule 3 to this Order shall be maintained in their existing form as public footpath or bridleway level crossings.

(2)

The provisions set out in Part 2 of Schedule 3 to this Order shall apply to the said footpath and bridleway level crossings.
