That length of the railway of the Board (authorised by the Watlington and Princes Risborough Railway Act 1869^f1) in the parish of Chinnor in the district of South Oxfordshire in the County of Oxfordshire and in the parishes of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton and Longwick-cum-Ilmer in the district of Wycombe in the County of Buckinghamshire as extends from a point in the first-mentioned parish (reference point SP 754001) 586 metres south-west of the south-westerly face of the bridge carrying Station Road over the railway at Chinnor, continuing in a north-easterly and easterly direction and terminating in the parish of Longwick-cum-Ilmer by a junction with the easterly continuation of the said railway at a point coinciding with the boundary between the last-mentioned parish and the parish of Princes Risborough (close to its convergence with the former Thame branch railway erence point SP 789036).
