Paragraph 3 Conditions and requirements to be observed by the undertaker

Such gates shall be kept constantly closed and locked across the railway except during the timewhen trains passing along the railway shall have occasion to cross the highway, and such gates shall be of such dimensions and so constructed as when closed across the railway or across the highway to fence in the railway sufficiently.
