  "text": "EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 3rd October 2000\nLaid before Parliament 6th October 2000\nComing into force 1st November 2000\nWhereas the Secretary of State for Education and Employment has received a proposal from the Further Education Funding Council for England, made in accordance with section 51 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”), for the dissolution under section 27 of the Act of the further education corporations known as Chippenham College, Lackham College, Wiltshire, and Trowbridge College (“the corporations”).\nNow therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27 of the Act, the Secretary of State, after consulting each of the corporations and with the consent of the further education corporation known as Wiltshire College, hereby makes the following Order:",
