  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides that the relevant week for the purposes of Part 10 (Christmas bonus for pensioners) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) is the week beginning Monday, 22nd December for the year 2008.\nA regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.",
