# Chronically Sick And Disabled Persons (Amendment) Act 1976, Section 1: Amendment of Chronically Sick an d Disabled Persons Act 1970.


In section 4(2) of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970, after the words “of section 8” there shall inserted the words “or in subsection (2) of section 8A”.
