  "text": "(1) Section 87 of the Highways Act 1980 (agreement for use of land for cattle-grid or by-pass) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (6), in paragraph (a)—\n(a) for “glebe land” substitute “ diocesan glebe land ”,\n(b) for “the Endowments and Glebe Measure 1976” substitute “ section 21 of the Church Property Measure 2018 ”, and\n(c) before “that Measure” insert “ Part 2 of ”.\n(3) After that subsection insert—\n“(6A) In subsection (6)—\n“Diocesan Board of Finance” has the same meaning as “DBF” in the Church Property Measure 2018;\n“diocesan glebe land” has the same meaning as in that Measure.”",
