In section 6 of the Ecclesiastical Offices (Terms of Service) Measure 2009 (houses of residence: acquisition, disposal, works), in subsection (4), for “section 1 or 2 of the Parsonages Measure 1938 (1 & 2 Geo 6 No 3)” substitute “ section 1 or 2 of the Church Property Measure 2018 ”.
