  "text": "(1) For Schedule 3 to the Synodical Government Measure 1969 (the Church Representation Rules) substitute the Schedule 3 contained in Schedule 1 to this Measure.\n(2) In section 7 of that Measure (power to make Church Representation Rules), after subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) A resolution under this section may include transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the commencement of a provision of the resolution.\n(1B) A resolution under this section may include consequential provision, including provision which amends, or which repeals or revokes a provision of, a Measure or an instrument made under a Measure.”\n(3) Schedule 2 to this Measure (which contains consequential amendments) has effect.\n(4) Schedule 3 to this Measure (which contains transitional provisions and savings) has effect.",
