(1)

After rule 19(2) there shall be inserted—

“(2A)

Where an extra parochial place is not in a deanery it shall be deemed for the purposes of these rules to belong to the deanery which it abuts and if there is any doubt in the matter a determination shall be made by the bishop's council and standing committee.”

(2)

The existing rule 19(2A) shall be re-numbered “19(2B)” and for the words “sub-paragraph (e) of the preceding paragraph” there shall be substituted the words “paragraph (2)(e) above.”

(3)

In rule 19(3)(d), the word “whole-time” shall be omitted.
