In rule 43, in paragraph (1), sub-paragraph (d) shall be omitted and sub-paragraph (e) shall be re-numbered (d).

In rule 43, in paragraph (1)(d) as re-numbered there shall be inserted at the beginning of the sub-paragraph–

“Subject to (c) above,”.
