  "text": "In rule 9, after paragraph (1A) there shall be inserted–\n“(1B) A baptised person who has the qualifications in sub-paragraphs (a) to (c) of paragraph (1A) of this rule and who–\n(a) is of eighteen years and upwards; and\n(b) is either a member of the parochial church council by virtue of paragraph (1A) above or a member of a local ecumenical project of which the parish forms part,\nmay be nominated for election as a parochial representative of the laity to the deanery synod.”",
