Article 1 Formation of church electoral roll

In rule 1(2)(c), for the word “seventeen” there shall be substituted the word “sixteen”.

In Rule 1(3) after the word “membership” there shall be inserted the words “of a parochial church council under rule 12(1)(e) or”.
