  "text": "In rule 31(1)—\n(a) after the words “name is” there shall be inserted the words “at 6.00 a.m. on the date of the dissolution of the General Synod”; and\n(b) after the words “or who” there shall be inserted the words “at any time within the period of two months beginning one month immediately before that date”.",
