# The Church Representation Rules (Amendment) Resolution 1980, Article 15: Vacation of seat by member ceasing to be qualified for election


In rule 37(4), for the words “his seat shall not” there shall be substituted the words “neither his seat as a member of that House nor his seat as a lay member of the diocesan synod shall”.
