Article 19 Vice-chairman of parochial church council to act as chairman in certain circumstances

In Appendix II, in paragraph 1(c), for the word “and” where first occurring, there shall be substituted the word “or” and after the word “cause” there shall be inserted the words “or when the minister invites him to do so”.
