  "text": "In rule 9 (as re-numbered), paragraphs (4) and (5) shall be omitted and there shall be inserted—\n“(4) The annual meeting shall in the manner provided by rule 11—\n(a) elect in every third year parochial representatives of the laity to the deanery synod;\n(b) elect parochial representatives of the laity to the parochial church council;\n(c) appoint sidesmen;\n(d) appoint the auditor to the Council who shall not be a member of the council;\nand the elections and appointments shall be carried out in the above order.”\nand paragraphs (6) to (9) shall be renumbered as paragraphs (5) to (8).",
