  "text": "In rule 12 (as renumbered), paragraph (4) shall be omitted and there shall be inserted—\n“(4) A resolution passed under this rule shall be invalid unless approved by at least two thirds of the persons present and voting at the annual meeting nor shall it be operative until the next ensuing annual meeting. Such resolution may be rescinded by a subsequent resolution passed in the same manner.”",
