  "text": "Rule 35 shall be renumbered as rule 42 and\n(a) at the end of paragraph (1) of that rule there shall be inserted— “(f) the Chairman of the Church of England Pensions Board.”; and\n(b) in rule 42(2) (as renumbered) the words “actual lay communicant members of the Church of England” shall be omitted and there shall be inserted the words “actual lay communicants”.",
