# The Church Representation Rules (Amendment) Resolution 1994, Article 47


Rules 36B to 39 shall be renumbered as rules 45 to 48 and in rule 48 (as renumbered), at the end of paragraph (3) there shall be inserted the words “The qualifying date for diocesan electors shall be determined in accordance with rule 35(5).”.
