# The Church Representation Rules (Amendment) Resolution 1994, Article 48


In rule 48 (as renumbered), in paragraph (5)(c) all words after sub-paragraph (ii) shall be omitted and there shall be inserted the words “the election to fill the casual vacancy shall be conducted by those papers in accordance with paragraph (6) of this rule.”.
