  "text": "In Appendix I, in section 4, paragraph (a) where first occurring shall be omitted and there shall be inserted—\n“(a) A report on changes in the Roll since the last annual parochial church meeting.”\nand before the words “All persons” the word “Notes” shall be inserted and the paragraph beginning “All persons” shall be numbered “1”.",
