Article 14

In rule 43(4) leave out all the words after “date of” and insert the words “notification of the enrolment, removal or refusal or not later than fourteen days after the last day of the publication (as provided by rule 2(3)) of a new roll or register or of a list of additions or removals from such roll or register.”
