Article 14 Conduct of elections

in paragraph (4) after the words “the candidate’s birth” there shall be inserted the words “and a statement as to whether the candidate is seeking re-election and, if so, as to the dates of the candidate’s previous service” and for the words “ending on a date specified” there shall be substituted the words “ending on such date as may be specified”;

in paragraph (5)(b) after the word “electors” there shall be inserted the words “(including, if an elector has authorised the use of an electronic mail address, that address)”;

in paragraph (6) for the words “Sufficient copies of the addresses” there shall be substituted the words “One copy of the address” and after the word “delivered” there shall be inserted the words “or sent by electronic mail”; and

in paragraph (8) after the words “each candidate” there shall be inserted the words “and a statement as to whether the candidate is seeking re-election and, if so, as to the dates of the candidate’s previous service”.
