# The Church Representation Rules (Amendment) Resolution 2004, Article 18: General Provisions relating to parochial church councils


In paragraph 4(b) of Appendix II, at the end of the first sentence, there shall be added the words “or, if the member has authorised the use of an electronic mail address, to that address”.
