# The Church Representation Rules (Amendment) Resolution 2004, Article 5: Variation of method of election


In Rule 12(1) there shall be added at the end the words “, except that where the vote is conducted in accordance with Rule 11(7)(b)(ii), those rules shall have effect with the omission of any requirement that the voting paper be signed by the voter”.
