# The Church Representation Rules (Amendment) Resolution 2020, Article 11: Registers of clerical and lay electors


(1) In Rule 27 (diocesan electoral registration officer), in each of paragraphs (2) and (3), after “must” insert “, subject to paragraph (4),”.
(2) For paragraph (4) substitute—
“(4) Persons co-opted as members of the house of clergy or the house of laity of a deanery synod are not to be recorded in the register concerned.”
