  "text": "ECCLESIASTICAL LAW, ENGLAND\nMade 8th February 2026\nLaid before Parliament 5th March 2026\nComing into force 6th March 2026\nThe General Synod, in exercise of the power under section 7 of the Synodical Government Measure 1969, resolves to amend the Church Representation Rules as follows.\nIn accordance with section 7 of that Measure, the General Synod has passed this Resolution with a majority in each House of not less than two-thirds of those present and voting.",
