This Resolution amends the Church Representation Rules set out in Schedule 3 to the Synodical Government Measure 1969.

Paragraph 2 amends Rule M29 to provide that, where proposals for approval by a parochial church council are dealt with by correspondence, the proposals are approved only if at least one-third of the members of the PCC approve and no member objects.
