# Circuit Courts (Scotland) Act 1828, Section 26: Provisions of 43 Geo. 3. c. 141. extended to all inferior judges.


The provisions of the Justices Protection Act 1803 shall extend to all inferior judges and magistrates in Scotland, in regard to any sentence pronounced or proceeding had in any criminal trial.
