  "text": "(1) Section 65 of the Environment Act 1995 (National Park authorities: general purposes and powers) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (5), after paragraph (b) insert—\n“Paragraph (b) is subject to subsection (6A).”\n(3) After subsection (6) insert—\n“(6A) Subsection (5)(b) does not apply in relation to a National Park authority for a National Park in England (see instead section 65A for general powers of such authorities).”",
