Laid before Parliament 22nd May 2007
Coming into force 1st June 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(2) of the Welsh Language Act 1993, being “the appropriate Minister” within the meaning of section 27(4) of that Act:
