# The City and Hackney Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2006, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the City and Hackney Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2006 and shall come into force on 5th August 2006.
(2) In this Order “Principal Order” means the City and Hackney Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001.
