  "text": "(1) The City of Peterborough (Electoral Changes) Order 2003 shall be amended as follows:\n(2) After article 1(2) shall be inserted –\n“(3) Article 6 shall come into force –\n(a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or relating to the election of a parish councillor for the parish of Eye to be held on the ordinary day of elections in 2006, on 15th October 2005;\n(b) for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of elections in 2006.”\n(3) In article 4(4)(a), “(5) and (6)” shall be substituted for “(6) and (7)”.",
