  "text": "In this Order —\n“city” means the city of Wakefield;\n“existing”, in relation to a ward, means the ward as it exists on the date this Order is made;any reference to the map is a reference to the map marked “Map referred to in the City of Wakefield (Electoral Changes) Order 2003”, of which prints are available for inspection at —\n(a) the principal office of the Electoral Commission; and\n(b) the offices of the council of the city of Wakefield; and\nany reference to a numbered sheet is a reference to the sheet of the map which bears that number.",
