# The City of Worcester (Electoral Changes) Order 2002, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the City of Worcester (Electoral Changes) Order 2002.
(2) This Order except articles 6(3) and 6(4) shall come into force—
(a) for the purpose of proceedings preliminary or relating to any election to be held on 6th May 2004, on 15th October 2003; and
(b) for all other purposes, on 6th May 2004.
(3) Articles 6(3) and 6(4) shall come into force on the day after that on which this Order is made.
