  "text": "(1) The Authority shall make such provision as may be determined by the Secretary of State with the consent of the said Minister for the payment of pensions, allowances or gratuities to or in respect of such members as may be so determined.\n(2) The Secretary of State shall as soon as possible after making a determination in pursuance of the preceding sub-paragraph lay before each House of Parliament a statement containing particulars of the determination.",
